The undergound part of the museum may be visited by any person from the age of 6. Visitors will be equipped with protective coats and helmets free of charge, sports shoes are recommended. The tour into the pit is possible only under guidance of an authorised guide.
The tour takes one and a half hour. The temperatures underground are similar to those on the surface, heating is provided during the winter.
The visit of the aboveground part of the museum is individual, there are no guided tours.
